We don’t do excuses. We build for a better future. We create with responsibility at the core.

THE CHANGE WE WANT TO BE

Our growth journey has been driven by unparalleled creativity and a sense of pride & community around our garments. Yet, we are aware of the negative impacts that the fashion industry has yet to tackle.

In 2022, we onboarded many talented team members bringing a wealth of experience and fresh motivation to help us restructure our activities, and clarify our ambition for the future. Along with the support from our customers and partners, we have been able to start a radical path towards change, staying true to our company DNA whilst taking pride in our position within the fashion industry.

Our 2025 Sustainability Strategy has been brought to life through the education, and existing skills & mindset within our departments and teams. We know the success of the strategy lies in our capacity to own and apply it in the every day. Our focus is to identify key actions to implement now, so that change does not become an empty promise but an immediate reachable plan.

We are proud to present our Sustainability Agenda for 2025, a beacon that helps us make the right decisions everyday, and that aligns our operations and business ambitions, with our values and vision.

Innovation

+ BETTER FIT WITH CLO 3D
Since 2022, we started working with CLO, a 3D software that allows us to test the fit of a garment in 3D before placing prototype request.
From 1st proto, the garment looks great, and we often can use directly!
Less samples, less waste!

PARTNER WITH UNIVERSITIES
2023 was an intense year for collaboration where we started new research partnerships and intensified recurring work with key partners.
Always exploring options to be smarter together, we have used 2023 as a base year to implement new collaborative work.

MADE WITH CIRCULOSE
We publish this report in a very special context, as we just heard the news of our partner Circulose filing for bankruptcy.
Our story with Circulose started in 2022, when we contacted one of our key supplier, to talk them into incorporating Circulose in our collections.
We did not limit to a PR event with a capsule or a design that does not reach market: in less than 9 months, Circulose joined our collections and has now become a recurring fiber in our ROTATE collections.
We developed 5 fabric bases with Circulose, and 18 styles in 2023, and sold almost 5500 garments made with Circulose viscose blend.
We hope Circulose will survive this crisis. Times are challenging for fashion material innovations, but we are firm believers in regenerated and circular fashion. We will keep on onboarding partners to try and integrate innovations directly in our collections.

Power to the people

We want to be a respectful and trustworthy partner and employer. Each of our stakeholders has a unique voice that we recognize, empower and celebrate, with a special focus on women rights and fights. We want to help people blossom and bring their unique self to our collective.
